Xtellus Capital Partners acted as a Co-manager for the Twelve Seas Investment Company II offering (SPAC).

Twelve Seas Investment Company II priced its initial public offering of 30,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit ($300mln). The units are now listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol “TWLVU”. Each unit consists of one share of the Company’s Class A common stock and one-third of one a redeemable warrant. The Company is a blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.
